The E-Government for Accountability and Community Participation (EGAP) Program is funded by the Government of Switzerland and implemented by the Eastern Europe Foundation in cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Transformation and the Innovabridge Foundation.

The MK-Consulting team, using LLM, developed and implemented an automated verification of applications for participation in international youth exchange project competitions on the state registers platform.

What makes the solution unique?

• The first case in Ukraine of implementing open-source large language models in state registers.
• Full compliance with Ukrainian information security standards due to placement on the infrastructure of a Ukrainian data center.

This service is an important precedent that paves the way for scaling similar LLM  innovations in other state systems and services.
